Rob Pickard - High Performance Consultant

Rob is based at Berry on the South Coast of NSW in Australia.  During a 6 year period as High Performance Manager with Triathlon Australia he headed up a team of triathletes, coaches and support staff that was responsible for a program that saw Australia dominate the World in Triathlon.  At the last World Championships that he presided over(1997), Australia won the Open Men, Open Women's and Junior Women's events.

Brett Mace - Head Coach & Director

As Head Coach of the Indian Triathlon Academy and National Triathlon Coach for the Indian Triathlon Federation, Brett has completed the third of his three and a half year appointment in Chennai and is responsible for all aspects of the program and the day to day management of the Indian Triathlon Academy.

 Brett's intention is use all of his experience gained over 17 years in Triathlon to not only provide a level of quality coaching for the current crop of athletes, but to ensure a complete Triathlon Program is developed in India.  This is not only includes ensuring the Indian Triathlon Academy becomes a world class training facility, but there is a successful National Development Program providing quality athletes for the Academy Program and National Team for many years.
