Following the recent appointment of current Indian National Triathlon Coach, Brett Mace as ITU Sports Development Officer for the Oceania and Asian Region, expressions of interest are now being sought to identify a suitable replacement as National Triathlon Coach for India.
Brett has been the National Triathlon Coach for India since August 2001 and during the past 3 ½ years he developed the Indian Triathlon Academy which is now responsible for the preparation of Indian Triathletes for International Competition and ultimately qualification at the Olympics Games at Beijing in 2008.
The Indian Triathlon Academy is based in Chennai (formerly known as Madras) on the South East Coast of India.
