The health and safety of athletes is the top priority for the Indian Triathlon Federation (ITF). Staging triathlons requires meticulous planning to ensure safe conditions for all participants, officials, and volunteers at every sanctioned event.

Athletes competing in international competitions must comply with Pre-Participation Examination (PPE) requirements set by World Triathlon. The PPE questionnaire must be submitted prior to events as part of the registration process.
