What is Kids Triathlon?
Kids Triathlon is a fun, safe, and age-appropriate introduction to multisport for young children. It combines swimming, cycling, and running in controlled environments designed to encourage active lifestyles, build confidence, and foster sportsmanship without excessive competitive pressure.
Who can participate?
Boys & Girls
Open to all children across designated age categories.
Skill levels
Tailored for complete beginners taking on their first race and experienced young athletes developing technical fundamentals.
Requirements
Parent or guardian consent, plus mandatory attendance at safety briefings before race day.
Age-wise race distances
Distances increase with age so physical safety and skill development stay aligned with international rules.

Age groups follow ITF Kids bands as on 31 December 2026 (Under 8 born 2018–2019, Under 10 born 2016–2017, Under 12 born 2014–2015, Under 14 born 2012–2013). Exact event distances are finalised per venue, based on the local pool and closed-road course.
