Dominant Performances Mark Triathlon Events at 38th National Games 2025, Uttarakhand

Uttarakhand, 2025: The 38th National Games in Uttarakhand provided a premier platform for India’s top triathletes to showcase their abilities across triathlon, duathlon, and mixed relay events, delivering high-intensity competition and impressive performances.

One of the standout performers of the Games was Sarungbam Athouba Meitei (Manipur), who delivered a stellar showing by clinching gold in both the Triathlon and Duathlon Individual Men’s events.

In the Triathlon Individual Men’s race, Meitei secured first place with a time of 1:01:01, ahead of Telheiba Soram (Manipur), who finished second at 1:02:10, and Parth Sachin Mirage (Maharashtra), who took bronze in 1:02:14.

Meitei continued his dominance in the Duathlon Individual Men’s category, winning gold with a time of 49:29. He was followed by Adarsh Murlidharan Sinimol (SSCB) in second place (49:44) and Sapan Panchal (SSCB) in third (50:35).

In the Triathlon Individual Women’s event, Dolly Devidas Patil (Maharashtra) delivered a commanding performance to claim gold with a time of 1:08:28. Her state compatriot Mansi Vinod Mohite secured silver (1:10:43), while Aadya Singh (Madhya Pradesh) took bronze at 1:10:47.

The competition remained intense in the Duathlon Individual Women’s category, where Aadhya Singh (Madhya Pradesh) emerged victorious with a time of 56:43. Maharashtra athletes once again featured prominently, with Dolly Devidas Patil winning silver (57:28) and Mansi Vinod Mohite taking bronze (59:54).

The Mixed Relay event added a thrilling team dimension to the competition, with Maharashtra securing the gold medal with a combined time of 2:12:06. Madhya Pradesh followed closely to claim silver (2:12:41), while Tamil Nadu earned bronze with a time of 2:14:08.
