Tam Chuc, Vietnam, April 2025: The World Triathlon Development Regional Cup in Tam Chuc provided Indian triathletes with another valuable opportunity to compete on the international stage, delivering encouraging performances against a competitive global field.
A three-member Indian contingent participated in the event, with all athletes finishing within the top 10 in their respective categories—an impressive outcome that reflects India’s growing presence in international triathlon.
Leading the performances, Sarungbam Athouba Meitei secured 7th place in the men’s event, clocking a time of 00:58:15, showcasing consistency and competitiveness at the international level. Parth Mirage also delivered a strong performance, finishing in 10th place with a time of 01:03:02, gaining valuable exposure and experience.
In the women’s category, Dolly Devidas Patil matched the top performance of the contingent by finishing 7th, recording a time of 01:15:15, further underlining her steady progress on the international circuit.
